Take our 5-Minute AI Readiness Assessment, plus: AI adoption stats and how to cut research time by 75%

Hello AI Operators!
I had coffee with a founder last week who told me:
"Tim, I know I should be using AI more, but I have no idea what my next step should be."
That conversation (and about a dozen similar ones) is exactly why we created our AI Readiness Assessment:
It takes just a few minutes to fill up and gives you a personalized report with practical steps and clear guidance on what to tackle first.
In other news, Anthropic released fresh data on how people are using AI, and I’ll show you how to drastically cut research time with Notebook LM.

News:
“Learning how to learn” is the most important skill for the future
Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis says "learning how to learn" is the most important skill as AI reshapes work.
I couldn't agree more. This is exactly what we teach at AI Operator in our AI-First Mindset Training, and it's why teams who adapt will outperform those stuck in old ways.
AI adoption is rising dramatically, according to Anthropic report
40% of employees now report using AI at work (up from 20% in 2023).
More key findings from the Anthropic Economic Index:
“Directive” AI usage is up from 27% to 39%. This means more people are asking Claude to take over and complete tasks, signaling a shift toward automation.
In high adoption countries, AI is used for more diverse tasks: education, science, business and admin (not just coding). In lower-usage places, it’s more coding-heavy.
High-use areas show more collaborative use of AI (learning, refining) vs delegating tasks fully to AI (automation).
Many enterprises struggle because they don’t have all the needed info centralized, digitized, or easily usable.
What I find crucial: Business who deeply integrate AI into their workflows through automation and processes are seeing more ROI than ones who just use it for chat.
Claude gets Memory for teams
Claude rolls out memory features for Team and Enterprise users, letting the AI remember your projects and preferences across conversations, plus an incognito mode for when you need privacy.
This catches Claude up with ChatGPT's memory capabilities, and I'm already excited to see how it integrates with their document creation tools for seamless workflow.
One Guide :
Create customized AI voices with ElevenLabs Voice Remixing
ElevenLabs’ new Remixing feature lets you create a single professional brand voice and adapt it for different audiences or contexts without new recording sessions.
How it works: Start with a base voice (Voice Design or Voice Cloning), then “remix” it with simple prompts—age, accent, tone, recording style—while keeping the core voice identity.
Step 1: Set up your foundation voice.
Log into your ElevenLabs account and click "Voices" in the left menu. You'll need to create a base voice first, either by designing a custom voice from scratch (Voice Design) or by uploading samples of your own voice (Voice Cloning).
Step 2: Start remixing with clear instructions.
Once you have your base voice, select it and click the "Remix" option. The magic happens through specific prompts you write. For example, typing "Make this voice sound like it's 80 years old, nostalgic and wise" will age your voice while maintaining its core identity.
Step 3: Apply to real business scenarios.
Here's where I see immediate ROI for businesses:
Marketing — Create regional variations of your brand voice with different accents for localized campaigns (saving $1,000+ per market in voice talent)
Training — Use one narrator voice but adjust the tone between modules—formal for compliance, conversational for soft skills
Customer support — Make your virtual agent sound friendlier during problem resolution or more authoritative when explaining policies
Step 4: Master the prompt technique.
The quality of your results depends on how well you phrase your instructions. Instead of "make it younger," try "make this voice sound like an enthusiastic 25-year-old speaking at a tech conference." The more specific and descriptive your prompt, the better the result.
Step 5: Test these proven business applications.
Product demos — Remix one voice into multiple personas (customer, expert, narrator) for dynamic presentations
Internal communications — Create a consistent "company voice" that can be adapted for announcements, onboarding, and presentations
Multilingual content — Maintain brand voice consistency across languages by adjusting accents rather than using completely different voices
I'd love to hear how you're using voice technology in your business. Have you tried voice cloning or remixing yet? Drop me a note with your experiences or questions.

One Tool:
An easy form builder
I've been using Fillout for our forms and surveys lately, and it's been a pleasant surprise.
Fillout bridges the gap between Google Forms (too basic) and Typeform (too expensive) while automating the work that comes after someone hits submit.
It makes the experience smooth for users and powerful for you behind the scenes.
Standout features:
Automations to reduce manual work
Professional and on-brand**,** mobile-friendly, fast-loading forms
50+ integrations: Connects directly to Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, and your existing tools
It's a form builder with smart automations.
For example:
When a potential client fills out your intake form, Fillout automatically creates a record in your CRM, sends a Slack message to your sales team, and emails a personalized follow-up to the prospect. All without you touching anything.
It might just mean a smoother way to collect information without juggling multiple tools.
Ready to upgrade your forms? Check out Fillout today.
