My $250K AI System Revealed
I share my entire business automation system. Plus: keep sensitive business data private in ChatGPT, and why coding is the new literacy.

AI Operators,
I had a fascinating conversation with a client last week that demonstrates where we are right now. She was frustrated because her marketing agency charged $2,500 but took three weeks to deliver research.
I helped her complete that research in 20 minutes using AI tools.
Agencies that haven't embraced AI and still operate like it's 2022 will suffer when their clients discover what they can do on their own with AI.
In this week’s newsletter, we’ll discover the latest AI developments, a practical guide to creating self-contained projects in ChatGPT, plus a tool recommendation for the young coders of tomorrow!
Let's get into it!

News:
Claude Takes Control of Your Browser
Anthropic just launched a pilot program for Claude for Chrome, letting the AI actually click buttons, fill forms, and navigate websites on your behalf.
They're being smart about it, starting with just 1,000 trusted users to work through safety challenges like prompt injection attacks.
Apple Might Let Google Fix Siri
Apple is reportedly in talks to use Google's Gemini AI to power a revamped Siri, which could finally give Apple the AI assistant capabilities they've been missing.
I’d love to be able to chat to my Apple Watch, and have it handle complex tasks like rescheduling meetings or managing my calendar!
ChatGPT Gets Smarter Project Memory
OpenAI rolled out project-only memory for ChatGPT, letting you create focused workspaces where the AI only remembers conversations within that specific project.
I think it’s a reassuring step forward in terms of security. It will help keep sensitive work separate and maintain different contexts, with ChatGPT less likely to bring up irrelevant topics.
One Guide :
Create Private ChatGPT Projects with Isolated Memory
When working with sensitive business information or specialized projects in ChatGPT, keeping conversations separate is crucial. Here's how to create projects with dedicated memory that won't mix with your other chats.
Step 1: Create a dedicated project
Start by clicking the New chat button, then select New project from the dropdown menu. Give your project a descriptive name that clearly identifies its purpose.
I recommend adding an emoji at the beginning of the name (like 📊 for analytics or 💰 for financial projects) to make it visually distinct in your sidebar.
Step 2: Configure memory settings
Click the options menu … at the top right when you’re in the project.
Go to Edit project and open the settings ⚙️.
You can choose the Default memory settings, which allows the Project to access memories from the rest of your chats, and vice versa.
Or, select Project-only to ensure the Project can only access its own memories, and the memories of the project are hidden from the outside.
Choose carefully, because these settings can’t be changed later.
Step 3: Add custom instructions
Click on Add instructions to provide ChatGPT with project-specific guidance. This is where you can set the tone, define roles, or establish parameters for this particular project.
For business projects, I find it helpful to specify industry context, preferred output formats, and any confidentiality requirements right from the start.
Step 4: Upload relevant knowledge documents
Add any documents that contain information specific to this project by clicking Add files and uploading your files. These could include company data, project briefs, or reference materials.
If you’ve selected Project-only memories, these documents won't influence your other ChatGPT conversations, maintaining clear boundaries between different work streams.
Step 5: Start using your isolated project
Begin your conversation knowing that everything stays contained within this project. ChatGPT won't reference memories or information from your other conversations.
This isolation is perfect for financial analysis, competitive research, or any sensitive business information you'd prefer to keep compartmentalized.
Final Step: Apply to your business needs
I've found isolated projects particularly valuable for scenario planning, financial modeling, and working with confidential client information. They're also great for role-playing exercises where you need ChatGPT to maintain a consistent perspective.
Remember that the key to getting value is experimentation. Try creating different projects for various business functions and see how keeping them separate improves your workflow and results.
What isolated project will you create first? I'd love to hear how this approach works for your specific business needs!

Teaching My 4-Year-Old to Code with CodeMonkey
I've got two kids, and my daughter just turned 4.
I recently started taking her to robotics classes with Lego, and she's completely hooked. She already loved puzzles and building blocks, so this was a natural next step.
Now I'm curious about finding tools to slowly introduce her to computer science and coding. Yes, even at 4 years old.
My thinking? The younger she learns these skills, the less likely she'll get addicted to mindless social media later.
That's where CodeMonkey comes in.
What Makes CodeMonkey Different
Most coding platforms for kids use visual blocks and drag-and-drop interfaces. CodeMonkey takes a different approach.
From day one, kids learn real text-based programming languages like Python and CoffeeScript. The same languages professional developers use.
But here's the clever part: they wrap it in game-based learning that feels like play.
Why it Matters
Coding is a bit like learning a foreign language. It's infinitely easier when you're young, and it becomes second nature.
The game-like environment encourages kids to take risks and persevere when they hit obstacles. Essential skills for any future entrepreneur.
Key Features:
Block-based and text-based coding
Courses on coding, game design, digital literacy, AI, data science and more.
No previous experience required
Kids as young as 5 can start with scaffolded puzzles and building their own games.
Real programming languages taught through engaging games
Award-winning platform with testimonials from teachers worldwide
The platform has won multiple awards, including the 2024 Parent's Picks for Best Educational Products.
Ready to give your kids a head start?
